Refund and Returns Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Compromised Shipments Due to the delicate biochemical nature of lyophilized peptides and research compounds, FitLabs Research maintains an exceptionally strict product control standard. We will only assume financial or logistical responsibility for refunds, store credits, or reshipments if the product arrives materially damaged, vial-compromised, broken, or in an physically unusable state due to carrier mishandling.

2. Strict 3-Day Claim Window and Mandatory Evidence To initiate an official claim for a damaged shipment, the Buyer must contact our customer care team via email at info@fitlabsresearch.com within a strict, non-negotiable window of three (3) calendar days from the exact delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier tracking infrastructure (e.g., USPS, FedEx).

The claim email must contain clear, high-resolution photographic and/or video evidence detailing the external packaging condition and the damaged, unsealed, or shattered viales. Failure to submit this verified proof to info@fitlabsresearch.com within the 3-day window will result in the immediate and permanent denial of the refund or replacement request. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

3. Order Processing, Dispatch, and Logistics Timeline Once the billing department successfully confirms and clears your digital payment, an automated confirmation receipt will be generated by our system. Order preparation, batch selection, and vacuum-sealed packaging protocols require approximately 2 to 3 business days prior to courier handover.

All research materials are shipped via Priority Dispatch Shipping within 2 to 3 business days or similar priority logistics networks to ensure maximum temperature control, tracking clarity, and swift transit. Any modifications to shipping data or cancellation requests must be sent immediately to info@fitlabsresearch.com before the 2-3 day dispatch window closes.
